Tabi Toe-Up Socks

13 Apr

I’ve just knit these socks as a test for a fellow designer and friend Shirley (Jardinrouge on Ravelry, her designer page is here). I love this pattern! It’s very easy to knit and customizable. I have made the leg part shorter than what the pattern calls for as I wanted a really low pair. I will be knitting more of these with different types of yarn. They are also a super quick knit.

Lovely project and the Zauberball works really well with this pattern!

Allégro Ponchette

This is a test knit I’m doing for the designer. I’m almost done, the pattern will really emerge once the poncho is blocked. I’m loving the Zauberball colours!

I love it! It’s such an interesting pattern. Judge by yourselves 🙂

They are made in brioche stitch. It takes more work, but the result is well worth it!

Pattern “Feather Mittens” can be found here.

This is a pair of mittens made with self-striping sock yarn that I’m testing for the designer, the yarn is Regia Best of Effects 2, I think it works perfectly for this pattern. 🙂
